In addition to his role as a PCA, Mohammad Morshed also works as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with Living Resources in Albany, NY. In this position, he provides essential care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them build independent living skills and improve their quality of life. His ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds highlights his empathy, patience, and dedication to service.
Previously, Mohammad Morshed worked as a Customer Service Leader at Hannaford in Delmar, NY, where he developed strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. In this role, he supervised front-end and service desk operations, managed employee schedules, and ensured a seamless customer experience. His responsibilities included handling cash operations, resolving customer concerns, maintaining store security standards, and supporting daily business operations. Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid, Mohammad Morshed is prepared to handle emergencies promptly and efficiently.
